Whilst there, she saw the strangest animal she had ever seen. It resembled a Tasmanian Wolf; a doglike marsupial with stripes on its rump, now extinct. It was standing in the middle of a quiet road in Percy Park, then slunk away into the woods. It was there for just a couple of seconds but left an indelible impression in her mind.
